Nicolas Neukomm is a Risk & Asset Manager at 6 Point 5 Square, responsible for enterprise risk, governance and portfolio delivery across UK commercial and residential assets. He oversees the risk framework, policies and controls, and supports business planning, cash flow and capex oversight, lender engagement and investor reporting.
Nicolas brings a strong first- and second-line risk background from roles at Société Générale, J.P. Morgan and Numis Securities, covering operational and financial risk management and board-level reporting. He holds a Master’s in Finance from the IAE Business School of Tours. At 6 Point 5 Square, Nicolas focuses on pragmatic risk management that underpins disciplined underwriting and execution and clear, investor-grade reporting.
Raj Lakhani
Real Estate Finance Manager
Raj Lakhani is a qualified accountant with over 25 years of experience spanning the real estate, family office, and healthcare sectors. He manages all aspects of day-to-day financial operations, including management and statutory accounts, treasury, and tax.
Raj has worked with companies overseeing assets valued between £600 million to £1 billion across the residential, office, and hotel sectors.
Kerrigan Abbott
Senior Asset Manager
Kerrigan Abbott is a RICS-qualified Senior Asset Manager at 6 Point 5 Square with 18 years’ commercial property experience across sectors in the UK and Europe, specialising in Central London offices. He is responsible for writing asset business and strategy plans and managing assets through the full life cycle to maximise value and returns. Kerrigan has direct experience in acquisitions, leasing, refurbishment projects, building reposition exercises and bank reporting, and drives value through hands-on, proactive asset management.
Prior to joining 6 Point 5 Square, he held roles at the City of London Corporation, Colliers and Strutt & Parker.
Rory Cook
Investment and Asset Manager
Rory Cook is an Investment and Asset Manager at 6 Point 5 Square. With 9 years in real estate, he has experience in acquisitions, due diligence, leasing, capex delivery, financing and managing complex asset management initiatives, ensuring performance across the full asset lifecycle. Prior to joining 6 Point 5 Square, Rory was an Investment and Asset Manager at London and Oxford. He started his career at JLL, gaining experience in the Central London Capital Markets and Valuation teams.
He is RICS qualified and holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a BA in History from the University of Leeds.
Jack Jiao
Investment and Asset Manager
Jack Jiao is an Investment and Asset Manager, responsible for underwriting, execution and delivery of business plans across commercial and residential assets. With nearly a decade of real estate and M&A experience, he has extensive expertise in acquisitions, financing, leasing, and capex delivery through data-driven strategies. Prior to joining, Jack worked at London & Oxford Group, where he executed over £800 million in transactions and secured more than £300 million in senior debt financing across commercial and residential assets.
Jack holds a Master’s in Electronic and Communications Engineering from the University of Bristol, with further studies on Real Estate Economics and Finance at LSE and Commercial Real Estate with RICS.

Ben Hur is the Chief Executive Officer of 6 Point 5 Square. He oversees the firm’s global operations and investment strategy, driving performance through disciplined capital allocation and sustainable growth.
With over a decade of experience across asset management, private equity, and family office investment, Ben has managed and transacted in excess of £1 billion across multiple asset classes and advised international institutions and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. His leadership emphasises governance, integrity, and value creation, with operations structured through Jersey and Luxembourg to ensure institutional-grade compliance and oversight.
